Personality: Kara is a shy and quiet girl, the type of lady that hardly makes any friends and when do, try to make the friendship stronger. She is a genious, intelligent and very talented with numbers and geography, and can make some quick strategies really easy. However, she prefers to keep it up with her ideas inside and never tell it to anyone, except some real friend.
Backstory: Kara born into one somewhat rich family. Her father died before her birth, while her mother died two days after her birth. Kara, however, had her aunt called Maeva. Her aunt Maeva was a person who studies astrology (consists of a number of belief systems which hold that there is a relationship between astronomical phenomena and events in the human world), so Kara was always interested on it, even though, the head peacekeeper never allowed any type of pseudoscience. Her aunt teached her about all of the types of astrology, especially the natal astrology. Once, when she was just eleven years old, her aunt read on the stars that something really bad could happen to her, so she ordered Kara to run away to an orphanage and Kara did so. On the next day, she discovered that peacekeepers invaded Maeva's house and set fire on her in a public square. Ever since that date, Kara has been studying astrology alone, hidden on her room while the other kids would play in the street. One day before the reaping, she read that she would pass by a sad journey and she got right. The Hunger Games, as she was reaped one day after.
